weTrade?
The Chamber of Diversity, formerly known as the Colombian LGBT Chamber of Commerce, emerged in 2012 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting diversity in its fullest sense. Our approach extends to six fundamental pillars:
- Sexual and gender diversity
- Ethnic or racial origin
- Migratory or national origin
- Special needs or disability
- Generational or intergenerational differences
- And a commitment to Latin America.

Since 2014, the Chamber of Diversity (formerly the Colombian LGBT Chamber of Commerce) has led this annual event, establishing it as its largest and most influential gathering. weTrade has become the space where business leaders, public figures, entrepreneurs, and academics connect with diverse communities, promoting dialogue about the business inclusion ecosystem and opening doors to business opportunities, learning, and collaborative growth.
